Dr. Michael Kolman

We are excited to welcome Dr. Michael Kolman to our private practice as our newest nephrologist. Dr. Kolman is board certified in both nephrology and internal medicine.  Dr. Kolman earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed his Internal Medicine residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, and went on to pursue a fellowship in Nephrology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.

He has been involved in multiple research projects, including a poster presentation at the American Society of Nephrology’s 2024 Kidney Week in San Diego, where he discussed high-output heart failure caused by an AV fistula. He also collaborated with researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Harvard University on studying the effects of Glucarpidase for Methotrexate toxicity.

Dr. Kolman, fluent in both English and Russian, is excited to be relocating to West Palm Beach, FL, to practice as a nephrologist and to be closer to family. Beyond his medical career, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, their one-year-old son, and their dog. In his free time, he stays active by playing tennis and pickleball, embracing the outdoor lifestyle of the area.
